JLG keeps its manuals in Technical Publications on its Online Express site (onlineexpress.jlg.com/technical-publications). The "Manuals" link on jlg.com goes there. Search by serial number, model number, PVC or keyword.
What a search returns
Each result shows the document type, JLG's publication number, the model numbers it covers, the PVC, the release date, the language, the file size and an Open File link. A search for the 1930ES scissor lift in October 2026 returned 31 publications. Searching did not require signing in; Online Express also has account sign-in for its other tools, such as parts ordering.

Search by serial number when you can
One JLG model can have several versions. The 1930ES search returned service manuals for PVC 1910 and PVC 2004, with different publication numbers. Searching by your machine's serial number narrows the results to the documents for your version.

Third-party copies
Third-party sites repost manufacturer manuals, often older revisions with no way to tell which serial range they cover. We link only the manufacturer's own library, which carries the current revision.
