Everything on one page

MEC Aerial Work Platforms publishes its manuals on a single public page, mecawp.com/support/manuals-schematics. No account is needed. The page has a table for each product family: Vertical Mast Lifts, Slab Scissor Lifts, Boom Lifts, Carry Deck Cranes, Rough Terrain Scissor Lifts, NetZero and Legacy MEC Products.

Column in MEC's tableWhat it gives you
Model / Serial NumbersThe serial range each row covers, for example 17400000 to current
Operator ManualDaily use and inspections
Service & Parts ManualRepair procedures and parts in one document
Schematic DiagramElectrical and hydraulic schematics (file names end in -SCH)
Training ManualFamiliarization training material
Fault CodesA fault code document, where MEC publishes one

Fault codes for Plus-series scissors

MEC links a Plus-Series Fault Codes document for the 2032+, Micro26+, Micro26-XD+, 3232+, 3346+, 4046+ and 4555+. For other models the column is empty, and fault information is in the service manual.

Older machines and support

Machines no longer in production are under Legacy MEC Products. For help servicing a machine, MEC lists its Product Support Department at (559) 710-2373 and MEC Parts at (559) 710-2405.

Third-party copies

Third-party sites repost manufacturer manuals, often older revisions with no way to tell which serial range they cover. We link only the manufacturer's own library, which carries the current revision.
